Bacon Pancakes

Serving: 4

Ingredients:

1 cup Flour

pinch Salt

2 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Baking Soda

3 tbsp Sugar

1/2 tsp Vinegar

1/2 cup Milk

1 Egg

1 Packet of Bacon

Instructions:

  1. On medium heat cook all of your bacon until crispy. Then set aside.

    2. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl then add the sugar.

    3. Put milk in a seperate bowl and add vinegar and let it sit for a minute.

    4. Add beaten egg to milk and then add the milk to the flour. Beat till smooth.

    5. Using the same pan you cooked the bacon in, put it on medium heat. Dip your bacon in to the pancake mix and cook until golden and full cooked through, top with all your faves (maple syrup, honey, strawberries and bananas)
