Ingredients:

2 pieces of Bread, lightly toasted

2 Eggs

2 pieces Bacon, sliced

1 handful of Cheese

1/4 Tomato, chopped

Tomato Sauce

Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Lightly toast the bread. The mix togther egg, cheese, bacon, tomato, salt and pepper.

  2. Add the mixture on top of the bread and bake at 180C until golden.

  3. Top with dots of tomato sauce
