Pumpkin Seed Pesto

Gluten Free | Vegetarian | Dairy Free | Nut Free

Serving: 1 Cup

Ingredients:

½ cup shelled Pumpkin Seeds, roasted

2 cloves Garlic

¾ cup Basil Leaves

¾ cup fresh Parsley

3 tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice

3/4 cup neutral Oil

Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine pumpkin seeds and garlic in food processor on and off for 20 seconds until seeds are almost ground.

    Add basil, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil and pulse on and off for about 40 seconds until all ingredients are combined.
