Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients:

120g Butter

150g Dark Chocolate Buttons

1 cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1/3 cup Flour

4 tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

1 block of Whittakers Hot Cocoa Chocolate

1 cup Raspberries (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate drops until smooth.

    Beat the sugar and eggs together until nice and fluffy then add the chocolate mix to it and mix well.

    Sift flour and cocoa powder into bowl and add vanilla essence and give it a good mix.

    Roughly chop Whittakers block and add in and mix.

    Then bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
