Pancakes

Vegetarian

Serving: 6-8 Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup Flour

pinch Salt

2 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Baking Soda

3 tbsp Sugar

1/2 tsp Vinegar

1/2 cup Milk

1 Egg

Instructions:

  1. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl then add the sugar.

  2. Put milk in a seperate bowl and add vinegar and let it sit for a minute.

  3. Add beaten egg to milk and then add the milk to the flour.

  4. Beat till smooth. Then cook in a pan on low-medium heat until golden and cooked through.
