Pickled Red Onions

Gluten Free | Vegetarian | Dairy Free

Serving: 1 Jar

Ingredients:

100ml Water

100ml White Wine Vinegar

20g Sugar

5g Salt

1 Peppercorn

2 Coriander Seeds

1 Red Onion

Instructions:

  1. Heat half the water and vinegar to dissolve the sugar add the rest of the water and vinegar. Allow to cool.

  2. Slice the red onion in to 5cm rings and place in the liquid leave for 2-3 hours.

  3. Place into a sterilised jar

  4. Keep in the fridge for about a week
