Hoisin Chicken Bowls

Chicken Marinade:

3 tbsp hoisin

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

2 chicken breast, diced

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

1 small piece of ginger, grated

Salt and pepper

Rice

Toppings of choice (cabbage, carrot, edamame, kewpie mayo, cucumber, egg)

Ingredients:

  1. Add all your marinade ingredients together and put in fridge for 1 hour.

  2. Cook your rice according to packet instructions, cook your chicken until cooked through.

  3. Add your rice to the bottom of the bowl, then your chicken on one side and all your toppings on the other side, top with sauces of your choice and enjoy!
