1 onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 can tomatoes

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

4 eggs

Ingredients:

  1. Start by cutting up one onion, then garlic and the red bell pepper.

    Add oil in a pan and let it heat up, add onion and red pepper in to the pan and cook until soft.

  2. Once soft add in spices and garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes then add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Add eggs in to pan and cover with tin foil to help steam the eggs, cook for 6-8 minutes and serve with bread.

Instructions:
