Beef Nachos

600g beef mince
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 onion, diced
1 carrot, grated
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can mexican beans
1/2 packet of nacho seasoning
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt + Peper
Nacho Chips
Cheese (Optional)
Sour Cream (Optional)
Lettuce (Optional)
Avocado (Optional)
Ingredients:
Get a large frying pan and put on medium heat.
Add oil, garlic, grated carrot and onion to the pan and cook until translucent.
Add the mince and cook until it’s slightly browned.
Once it is slightly browned, add the nacho seasoning and mix.
Once the mince is fully browned add the tomatoes, mexican beans, tomato sauce and Worcestershire and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Then add your chips to a bowl, cheese, mince and whatever other toppings you would like.
